Any information provided by the chatbot regarding pet health is for educational purposes only and does not constitute a veterinary-client patient relationship (VCPR) unless explicitly confirmed by a licensed veterinarian in person.

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purposes. You agree NOT to:

• Send spam, repetitive messages, or abusive language to the chatbot.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the bot's functionality.
• Input false or misleading information regarding your pet's health or identity.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for accuracy, El3yada Pets is not liable for:

• Automated Errors: Misunderstandings or incorrect responses generated by the automated system.
• Service Interruptions: Downtime caused by WhatsApp, internet connectivity, or server maintenance.
• User Decisions: Actions taken by you based solely on information provided by the chatbot without consulting a veterinarian.

5. Termination of Access

El3yada Pets reserves the right to block, suspend, or terminate your access to the WhatsApp Chatbot at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms, specifically regarding abusive language or spamming.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt.
